Resolution of Disputes – Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
If you have a dispute, you must first send a Notice of Dispute to Rosemia Flowers at the contact information below. If not resolved within 45 days, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
Choice of Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rosemia Flowers.
