Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, we generally cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, including cases where an incorrect address was supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the arrangement ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before preparation of the arrangement has begun. In most cases, arrangements begin preparation within 24–48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, although this timeframe may vary depending on the order.

If a duplicate payment or other billing error occurs, we will promptly investigate the issue and issue a refund for any confirmed overpayment using the original payment method.
