Shipping policy

We offer same-day delivery within Miami, Hollywood, and surrounding areas. Orders placed before 3:00 PM local time are eligible for same-day delivery.

• Standard Same-Day Delivery: Orders are delivered within your chosen delivery window.

Delivery Fee

• $23 for addresses within a 20-mile radius of our boutique (1848 Radius Drive, Hollywood, FL 33020).

• For deliveries beyond 20 miles, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Delivery Conditions

• If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier may leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe place, and you will be notified.

• We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

• Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal and market availability, certain flowers may be substituted with equal or higher-value blooms while maintaining the style and color scheme of your chosen arrangement.
